Designed by Les Gourmandises de Nathalie in Calvados, this pouch contains all the dry ingredients necessary for a perfect result: wheat and rye flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and a tasty blend of spices - cinnamon, anise, ginger, cardamom, coriander, cloves, and star anise.
Simply add honey, eggs, whole milk and melted butter, then let your kitchen fill with the comforting aroma of freshly baked gingerbread.
Nathalie’s recipe:
Preheat your oven to 170°.
In the mixer bowl, pour the kit which contains the flour, sugar, salt, spices and yeast.
Add the honey, milk, eggs and melted butter.
Mix using the food processor to obtain a smooth paste.
Butter a cake dish and pour in the mixture.
Bake at 170° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Check if the gingerbread is cooked using the tip of a knife. If necessary, extend cooking for 5 minutes.
