Advice

Cook your leg of lamb with raz el hanout. Mix 1 tablespoon of Raz el hanout with olive oil, honey and chopped fresh coriander. Brush the leg of lamb with this mixture and cover. Leave to marinate for at least two hours then cook in the oven for two hours at 180°C. Halfway through cooking, add 15 cl of water to the dish. Enjoy your food !
