Advice

Here is the tagine recipe: marinate a few pieces of lamb shoulder in tagine paste (be generous). Leave to cool for an hour. Brown some onions and add the pieces of lamb. Sear then simmer over medium heat. Add the dates, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander and previously toasted flaked almonds. Enjoy your food !
