Discover the Penja Black Pepper from Terre Exotique, an exceptional grand cru from Cameroon, produced on the rich and balanced volcanic lands of Penja.

This unique terroir gives this black pepper distinctive aromas of camphor, incense and leather. On the palate, it offers a tangy and biting heat, with tannic nuances reminiscent of a red wine, and fruity touches that pair perfectly with meats, cheeses and vegetables.

Penja Pepper has been recognized since 2014 as the first Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) in Africa, guaranteeing its authenticity and superior quality.

This black pepper is ideal for spicing up your many recipes such as Cancalais oysters in escabeche, hot goat's cheese toast, or even a duck breast with vine peaches. Add a teaspoon of ground pepper to your escabeche juice, a few pinches on your toast straight from the oven or on your duck breasts before serving.

Presented in an elegant metal box, this pepper is ideal as a gift or to embellish your kitchen.

Find Penja PGI black pepper and many other peppers and berries in our selection of Salty Grocery products. Good tasting !
