Le Manoir du Bocage virgin rapeseed oil is an entirely natural product. Produced according to traditional and artisanal methods, its aroma and its virtues come from the quality of the rapeseeds exclusively from Norman sustainable agriculture.

From its beautiful golden yellow color escapes a light and flowery aroma. On the palate, the texture is fine and fluid. At the tasting, the first flowery approach, declines in aroma of green walnuts to finish with a nice lingering length of toasted almonds. An oil intended for seasonings but also ideal for original pairings such as the finish of a dessert.

Unlike industrial oils, the workshop uses a production method that does not use any chemical agent (such as caustic soda, hexane, etc.). Thanks to this exclusive process, it guarantees all the benefits of natural rapeseed oil: 40% richer in Omega 3 than refined rapeseed oil, helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, maintains a rate of normal cholesterol, slowing cell aging.
