Created by Maxime BURNOUF in the 1950s, full of coconut, this meringue formula is as crumbly as possible.
The Mini-Rocher Coco is in fact an exquisite variation of our famous Congolos, without its milk chocolate outfit. With its crunchy and melting texture, coconut lovers will appreciate it at brunch, a reception buffet, or during your your wedding reception.
