André Guépratte

Artisanal production of coulis and fruit vinegar

André Guépratte, a family business, began in 1946 when Albert Guépratte launched the cultivation of red fruits in the Sélune valley, in Normandy, near Mont Saint Michel.

In a few decades, the Guépratte family became one of the main raspberry producers in France, cultivating several dozen hectares of fruit.

In 1986, SARL André Guépratte was created to diversify activities towards fruit processing, producing frozen foods and purees, as well as a range of high quality finished products such as jams, alcohols and especially coulis. .

The latter, particularly appreciated for their taste quality, have propelled the company to the forefront of French coulis manufacturers.

Today, André Guépratte supplies a varied clientele ranging from manufacturers to wholesalers, including artisans, restaurateurs and delicatessens.
