André Boyer

Master Confectioner since 1887

Founded by great-grandfather Ernest in 1887, then managed by Léonce, then Jean and André, the Boyer house is traditionally attached to Sault, its land and its inhabitants.

Nowadays it is a team of confectioners, pastry chefs, nougat makers, who perpetuate the tradition and know-how of the house. He always works artisanally, with high standards in the selection of raw materials and favoring short circuits.

Its products, including authentic Sault nougat, are handcrafted in Sault in our workshops, between Ventoux and Lubéron, from carefully selected products: lavender honey harvested on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, regional almonds.

The real, very tender white nougat from Sault and the delicately caramelized black nougat are two flagships of artisanal Provençal confectionery with authentic flavors that contribute to the brand's reputation.

Maison André Boyer has numerous citations in French and foreign tourist guides (Michelin guide, Routard guide, Pudlowski guide, etc.)
