Born in the middle of the mountains and plateaus of Laos, Julie was lulled by the flavors of peppers and scents of many aromatic herbs during her childhood.
Arriving in France, the discovery of Western tastes is associated with an irremediable desire to play with ingredients, imagining sauces to accompany vegetables and dishes.
Epicurean in nature, dinners with friends were an opportunity for Julie to experiment. One day, a chef friend announced that it was high time to share this discovery, and thus N'OYE was born.
