Discover a real gourmet treasure with our box of white chocolate tiles, an artisanal specialty from La Maison du Biscuit. Made with passion in our workshops using traditional methods in Sortosville-en-Beaumont, in Manche in Normandy, these delicate tiles combine the sweetness of white chocolate with the crunch of toasted almonds.

Always faithful to our tradition of quality and simplicity:

- Melt the best chocolates in a bain-marie over very gentle heat;

- Manually and delicately add as many Spanish almonds as possible, finely chopped and toasted in our pastry oven, very blond and not too red;

- Spread the small piles of chocolate in a circular motion with a teaspoon, and cool gently, very gently,... That's the secret!

Our white chocolate tiles are presented in an elegant box with old-world decor. This refined, vintage-style box contains approximately 18 carefully arranged tiles, ready to be enjoyed or given as a gift.

Whether for a gourmet break, to accompany a coffee, or to please your loved ones, these white chocolate and toasted almond tiles are a pure treat.

The White Chocolate Tiles ballotin from La Maison du Biscuit and all our homemade chocolate specialties made in our workshops are available in the Chocolates selection. Happy tasting!
