Cotentinoix
Théo Capelle(€28.43 /LITRE)
Discover Cotentinoix by Théo Capelle, a cider distillery nestled in Sotteville in Manche, in Normandy.
The Cotentinoix aperitif is the result of a delicate marriage between green walnuts from Grenoble, picked at Midsummer by Pierre Bonneton, and Norman spirits: calvados and Cotentin cider.
The two artisans, Capelle and Bonneton, combine their know-how to create Cotentinoix, highlighting the richness of their respective terroirs. Their collaboration perfectly illustrates the idea that “you don’t get where you are alone…”, a philosophy of sharing and passion.
Cotentinoix seduces lovers of bitter flavors thanks to its distinctive and refined aroma. It is ideal for aperitifs with friends or family, to be enjoyed chilled. Remember that alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, Cotentinoix should be consumed in moderation.
