Enjoy the Vire andouille terrine from La Chaiseronne, butcher's shop in the south of the Channel, in Brécey, in Normandy.

The andouille de Vire terrine is an authentic creation from Terrines du Val de Sées and our grandmothers' recipes, a traditional charcuterie from the Normandy region.

Driving from artisanal know-how since 1980, you discover the tenderness of pork meat and liver fed exclusively with barley flour without GMOs and without antibiotics from birth, coming from healthy and respectful, in the Channel.

The andouille de Vire is also local, created by Jambon du Bocage in Marigny.

Taste Vire andouille terrine on toast as an aperitif, as a cold starter, or as a brunch. It will delight the taste buds of lovers of local produce and quality products.

Vire andouille terrine from La Chaiseronne and many other French local specialties are available in our selection of products from Cannery. Enjoy your tasting!
