Smocked Pimentón
Terre Exotique(€125.00 /KG)
Discover the smoked Pimentón from Terre Exotique, an exceptional paprika smoked with green oak wood in the pure Spanish tradition.
Originally from South America and introduced to Spain by Christopher Columbus, this sweet pepper has been cultivated since the 16th century in the Vera region, in the heart of the Gredos mountain range. Thanks to its unique temperate and humid microclimate, this region produces a pimiento of exceptional quality, appreciated for its intense taste reminiscent of chorizo.
This smoked Pimentón, with its dark red color, is a staple of Spanish cuisine. It enhances your family and popular dishes such as paella, tortillas, salmon croquettes and marinades. Its smoky aroma and authentic flavor add a touch of sunshine to your recipes.
Presented in an elegant metal box, the smoked Pimentón is ideal to give as a gift or to integrate into your kitchen.
